Treatment fees:
Our fees are reasonable and within suggested guidelines of the Hawaii Dental Service (HDS). Written estimates are provided at the initial consultation. There is no charge for wisdom teeth, implant, or corrective jaw surgery consultations, except for any required records, such as x-rays. Payment is due when services are rendered.
Insurance
We accept Hawaii Dental Service (HDS), HMSA, HMAA, Delta, and most other insurances. Our staff will work with you to bill your insurance carrier.
Other Payment Options
We also accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We also participate with Carecredit® patient payment plans to assist patients without insurance or for non-covered or elective procedures.
